What is mobile banking?

Mobile banking lets you use your mobile phone to access NetBank’s most popular features – eg. checking account balances, viewing recent transaction history, making transfers to linked and 3rd party accounts, paying bills via BPAY, viewing future transactions and checking the status of new account applications. Additonally, you can locate your nearest Commonwealth Bank ATM or Branch.

Do I need to register?

No. If you are already registered for NetBank with NetCode SMS or token, you do not need to register, you can access the service immediately.

If you are not registered with NetBank or do not have NetCode security, visit the Bank’s web site, call us on 13 2221 (option 4), or visit your local branch.

Is access secure?

NetBank from your mobile provides all of the security of netbank.com.au. The safety of your money is 100% guaranteed as long as you observe NetBank terms and conditions.

Is access free?

We don't charge you a service fee to access NetBank from your mobile phone. However, normal network provider data access charges and standard charges for calling a ‘13’ number will apply. Please contact your network provider for details.
